Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped First Class via USPS. There is a flat rate shipping cost of $3.95. Orders that total $75.00 or more will ship for FREE. Please note that shipping is only provided within the U.S. 

ORDER PROCESSING

Online orders are processed daily. Please allow 2-3 days for shipment confirmations. All shipment confirmations are sent to your email address on file with Jewelry Galore. 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Our care team works diligently to ensure that all items are inspected before they are shipped out.  However, we know that sometimes we may miss a piece or two during the quality assurance process.  Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify Jewelry Galore within 48 hours if an item is defective or damaged. We will replace the defective or damaged item if it is still available in our inventory. You will receive a store credit if the item is no longer available. No replacements or store credits will be given after the 48 hour notification deadline.

If you have received a defective or damaged item, please email a picture of the item along with a description of the issue to info@ShopJewelryGalore.com.  Please allow 24 hours for a response to your request. 

LOST ORDERS

You will receive shipment confirmation when your order has been processed.  All orders can be tracked via the link that is provided in your confirmation email.  Once USPS has confirmed that your package has arrived at their facility and you have not received your order as estimated, then you must contact your local post office to inquire or file a claim. Jewelry Galore is NOT responsible for packages that have been lost during transit. You can file a claim with USPS here: File a Claim.
